Pregnant and My Baby: For expecting or new parents
The app, Pregnant, has been developed by The Danish Committee for Health Education together with The Danish Association of Midwives and The Danish Health and Medicines Authority and with support from the danish foundation TrygFonden. iRoots was hired to do the technical development of the app, and the digital design agency, ajukreizi, developed the new iOS 8-adjusted user interface.
Pregnant is an app for women who are expecting. It contains articles, check lists for baby equipment, video instructions and notifications on important appointments with the doctor and the midwife. The content is easily filtered so that it is only the most relevant in the certain stage of the pregnancy.
The app also has a diary for those everyday stories and pictures the user wants to keep as memories. When the 9 months are up, the user receives an invitation to download the app My Baby. Download Pregnant via the button to the right.

My Baby is an app that follows the first year of the newborn baby. The content of the app adjusts to the age of the baby and ensures that the user always gets the relevant articles and notifications on examinations related to the baby.
My Baby contains a lexicon with articles on everything from breastfeeding and giving bottle, crying and sleeping, baby care, play, safety and solid food. The app also has a diary for all the memorable stories from the everyday life with a newborn baby.
When walking out and about with your baby in the stroller, the app lets you find the nearest baby and breastfeeding friendly places or playgrounds in the neighborhood and also comes equipped with a white noise button for when the baby needs calming and soothing sounds to help it fall a sleep.
